Drop ‘n’ mend - shop zero
A drop-off service for all your clothing repairs in Nottingham in partnership with Shop Zero - our cities go-to refill and sustainable lifestyle store.
To drop you item at Shop Zero please fill out the form ahead of visiting and take these steps:
1. Fill out the form on this page.
2. Package up your item(s)
3. Ensure a clear copy of your name, address, contact phone number & description of repairs are put into the bag/parcel.
4. Take your item(s) to Shop Zero during their opening hours.
5. £3 handling charge is payable to Shop Zero upon drop-off.
Please note: Shop Zero staff are not able to advise or assist in the discussion of your repair, this is a drop-off service only, if you’d prefer to discuss your repair in depth please check out the alternatives where you can meet Gay in-person.

Please note: a handling charge of £3 is payable to Shop Zero upon drop off.
Open Tuesday to Friday 11am-5pm, Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm.
We will always endeavour to reuse packaging where possible. Turn around times can vary week to week & usually takes no more than 3 weeks.
Once we have completed the repairs we will contact you with a payment link. Payment of the repair is due before your item is returned to Shop Zero.
Please note: You may drop up to 3 items, please do not bring non-clothing items, bags or shoes. This service is only for items in need of repair ie, jeans crotch repairs, new zips, elbow patching, seam repairs etc.
